• Carbon Neutral Shipping -All orders are shipped with a carbon neutral offset with Planet offered by our eCommerce platform partner, Shopify.

Order Dispatch:

• Orders placed by 2 PM AEST (Brisbane time) will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Orders placed after this time or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options:

• Regular Shipping: We offer Regular Shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post for FREE Australia wide. The transit time for Regular Shipping is typically 1 to 5 days for metro and regional areas. Please be aware that delivery to rural areas may take longer.

• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping via Australia Post Parcel Express at a flat rate of $9.95. The transit time for Express Shipping is generally 1 to 2 days for metro and regional areas, though this may vary for rural locations.

• New Zealand, UK and USA: We ship to New Zealand, UK and USA for a flat rate of $9.95 (Australian Dollars) and ship on DHL Express Courier Service and Australia Post International Express. This service is trackable and takes 2 to 7 days to reach you.

• International Orders: We ship to all other locations outside of Australia for a flat rate of $18.95 (Australian Dollars) and ship on DHL Express Courier Service and Australia Post International Express. This service is trackable and takes 2 to 7 days to reach you.

• While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that the indicated transit times are estimates. Noosa Active is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or severe weather conditions.
